Legalized ME!

i'm glad to be back. yeah, lei's right about school. i had summer classes and last week was the end. Praise God! i met tons of new friends and i had fun at school though it required waking-up early. i missed you guys. For starters here i go...

I just had my debut last, May 13,2005 but it was celebrated on the 15th of May, Sunday, which ,for FYI for those who aren't aware, was Pentecost(i never thought it would land on that day...my party) Though it was a celebration kept simple yet it was bonded with so much worth(than the grand one!)in the form of those who are with me.It was a pool soiree. My closest friends came and we had loads of kodak moments together.. and yes, among them was our official photographer & videographer(huh?), Acey. She is one artistic, humorous & cool gal. She makes every snap worth-seeing..hehe.They're my sistahs in Christ & I'll forever love them for who they are. Wow, i can't believe it, I'm legal already. So meaning I should be extra careful with my public profile, be more mature in facing life's challenges. I know I can fully accomplish this with God by me.How many more years to go and I'll be a teenager no more..., time flies so quickly, I'm gonna make every moment as a teen more extra special like never before. Enjoy life to the fullest!!

The Big Screen

Sometimes I would imagine my life as one movie wherein I could see other people doing their thing. But I've realized that this is reality and we can never edit it nor have take 3 or 4 or so on. We, you and I, have to make a firm decision whether to do God's Will or follow our own will. It's a tough decision. To be a disciple of Christ is not that easy. There is a necessity to deny ourselves and take up our cross. We need to be docile to pay the price for our salvation( I just remembered the book I read by Benny Hinn wherein he spoke of paying the price)--- DARE TO BE DIFFERENT FROM THE MUNDANE FOR GOD. The WILL OF GOD---Crucify our flesh(SELF DESIRES and PASSIONS) and let Him to all the leading. The end will justify the pain it took to get us there.

With God's Discernment

As I was skimming our encyclopedia before returning into to the shelf to see if any scratch papers were in between, to my total surprise, totally unplanned, I opened a page about Christchurch.

Did you know that the chief city of the provincial district of Canterbury is named Christchurch? Amazingly yes, believe it. It was founded in 1851 by English settlers. The city is noted for its public gardens. It also has an average annual temperature between 50 & 55 degrees Farenheit, with only 15 to 16 degrees Farenheit difference between the coldest month, July, and the warmest, February.

Why am I sharing this? The point is sometimes we encounter things that are unexpected to happen. We should not take for granted even the punniest detail. We might not know it's God's subtle way of teaching us new things that we can profit from. All we have to do is learn to recognize if it glorifies God.

Let us never forget to gratify the Lord daily even if we don't feel like doing it. Always remember the feelings does not matter, just do it because you want to give God the Glory.

beneath the sandpiles...

I always thought that I can go to Excellence Conference 2004 this time, since last year I was unable. And yet I guess God had some other plans for me this sembreak. Hindi na naman ako nakapunta. He instead, last minute notice, let me go to ilo-ilo. On that same day He told me through my lola, the ticket was bought.(**grabe si Lord talagang mysterious ang ways niya... kaya pala Wonder Worker, diba ang galing nya?!*) And now am still in ilo-ilo in my cousins' crib..hehe. It's almost a week now am here in ilo-ilo, if I went to that conference 3 days lang ako dun, pero sa Manila 'yun. Here in ilo-ilo I got the chance to be in a conference kaya lang hindi Excellence Conference kundi 4th Western Visayas Family Congress. (wow.. grabe na'to Lord you still let me join a conference but different place lang.)

Am having fun with my cousins( watching movies in their home theatre, surfing the net, running around the house chasing one another..haha.., eating at their restaurant... Oo nga pla plug-in: BackLot Diner.... super sarap & pocket friendly talaga... if your coming to ilo-ilo look for this.)
